From a 3×2m Wooden Stall to an Asian Brand
Born from pure passion in 2013, our first branch "Tak Mo" was a tiny wooden stall. Today ROSETTA has grown into a full Specialty Coffee brand with 6 branches, a roastery, and the Mae Bu Ya farm.
Mae Bu Ya Farm sits in the highlands of Chiang Rai — the origin of our signature Single Origin coffee. From growing and harvesting to processing and roasting, every step is handled in-house for uncompromised purity.
It started in 2011 — not with a business plan, but with an obsession. A love for coffee so deep it became impossible to ignore. By 2013, that obsession became a tiny wooden stall in Thailand: the first ROSETTA.
As a Barista and Latte Art Champion across both Thailand and Asia, we didn't just open a café — we built a space where coffee is art, science, and human connection at once.
Today, ROSETTA has grown into 6 branches, a roastery, a farm in Chiang Rai, and a Consulting team helping others across Thailand bring their own café dreams to life.

2011
☕ The Beginning — Learning Coffee
A passion for Specialty coffee ignited. Years of study, practice, and dedication mastering the science of Espresso and Latte Art.
2013
🏠 First Branch Opens — Tak Mo
A 3×2 metre wooden stall, bursting with ambition. Every single customer who walked in became the fuel to keep going.

🏆 Thailand Latte Art Champion
A national title that validated years of dedication and put ROSETTA firmly on the Specialty Coffee map.
2016

2018
🏆 Asia Latte Art Champion
Stepping onto the Asian stage and taking the top prize — putting ROSETTA on the international Specialty Coffee radar.

🏭 ROSETTA Roastery Opens
ROSETTA Roastery — our flagship roasting facility, giving us full control over every Roast Profile. Mae Bu Ya Signature developed here.
2020
🌱 Mae Bu Ya Farm, Chiang Rai
Mae Bu Ya Farm established in the Chiang Rai highlands — completing our Farm-to-Cup vision with full seed-to-cup ownership.
2022
🌊 Beach Club Bang Saen & 📦 Wholesale
Opened ROSETTA Beach Club Bang Saen — specialty coffee by the sea. Simultaneously launched Wholesale Bean Supply for café partners nationwide.

🏙️ Expanding Northeast — Udon Thani
ROSETTA Udon Thani brings Specialty Coffee to Northeast Thailand, extending our reach across the entire country.

Learn Coffee From Its Origin
Mae Bu Ya Farm sits in the highlands of Chiang Rai, at over 1,200 metres above sea level. Cool average temperatures, ideal soil moisture and balanced sunlight — the perfect conditions for exceptional Arabica.
We grow and tend every plant ourselves, harvesting by hand — selecting only the ripest red cherries one by one. Each lot passes through a strictly controlled process to preserve quality at every stage.
The result is coffee with a uniquely Mae Bu Ya flavour profile — fresh fruit aroma, natural sweetness, and a cup clarity that simply cannot be replicated anywhere else.
